Location is very good and is close to Kamat hotel. I had to stay as my regular hotel was running full. Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. Corridors are wide The reasons for my bad experience are listed below 1. Stained walls, cracked wash basin. Facility seems to be very old and badly maintained 2. Had to change the room as the toilet flush would not stop flushing 3. There was no water in the morning and all my attempts to call reception failed as my room telephone was faulty. 4. Breakfast presentation was horrible and I preferred to go to Kamat 5. Staff are indifferent. You may consider staying here if location is the only preference. For the money they charge, they could provide better service

The room had maintenance issues, though the infrastructure is good. They have spacious rooms, average-sized bathrooms, and wide corridors. The rooms and corridors are dimly lit and make it uncomfortable to do any work. The rooms were just cleaned before I entered, still, there was a stink. Just one broken hanger was provided. Complimentary breakfast is a sham, with no taste and energy to serve. Even the lights were switched off and looking at the buffet was difficult. The service is slow and difficult to make the steward understand what is needed or possibly he was disinterested.

I given stay for my employees two days are here. The price are ok and it have all amenities like free breakfast,parking,wifi,wheelchair accessibility and room size is ok not so large and food taste is ok.

During our visit to Hyderabad with family, we selected this hotel for our stay, based on online reviews. The hotel is located in Secunderabad, away from hustle bustle of city of Hyderabad. The location of the hotel is good and the all the major landmarks in the city can be accessed conveniently. The front desk and the lobby is good. The check in was very smooth and the reception staff were very helpful with our requests. The room met our expectations and had all the standard amenities.There were some sections of walls where the plaster was peeling off due to some water leak on the other side. The room service was reasonably good. The hotel has a good Multi Cuisine restaurant and there are few other restaurants around. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel.
